About the role
NORTHLANE is looking for safety-conscious and reliable Spotters to support data center projects in Gävle and Sandviken.
As a Spotter, you help maintain a safe and well-organised working environment. You observe ongoing activities, identify potential hazards and communicate clearly with site personnel when attention is required.
The role involves working on active project sites and requires extended periods of standing and walking.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor activities and surrounding work areas
- Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions
- Communicate with workers, supervisors and contractors
- Support compliance with site instructions and safety procedures
- Help maintain a safe and organised working environment
Requirements
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong awareness of safety and surroundings
- Ability to follow instructions and site procedures
- Reliable, responsible and punctual
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Good physical capacity for standing and walking
- Valid category B driving licence
- Access to a car for travelling to the workplace
Previous experience
Previous experience from construction, industry, logistics or other project-based environments is an advantage but not required.
